Jannata Resort And Spa, Ubud (Bali)

Jannata Resort and Spa is an enchanting getaway nestled in the Ubud jungle, creating a magical setting for our wedding celebration. The views from the pool and our room were absolutely breathtaking. While the dining experience was delightful, with nutritious and delicious options, a little more variety could enhance the experience. The service was exceptional, although there were minor hiccups with our communication before arrival. Overall, it was a memorable stay with luxurious touches, making it a wonderful spot for relaxation.

My stay at Jannata was incredible! The room had breathtaking views, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided fantastic service, making us feel very welcome. The only downside was the breakfast options which could have been more varied. The location felt like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, which added to the charm, but it wasn't in the center of Ubud. Overall, it was a memorable experience in a beautiful setting.

We had an overall enjoyable stay with stunning views and a peaceful environment. The hospitality from the staff, especially Miss Dian, was exceptional, making our wedding day truly memorable. However, the mattress quality could use improvement and the cleanliness of the mosquito net was concerning, detracting from an otherwise lovely experience.
