Mixed Feelings About This Stay

gaps in balcony door noisy environment
The location provided a secluded atmosphere away from the busy areas.
The room felt somewhat dated, and the balcony door had gaps that let in mosquitoes (a mosquito net is necessary). Sounds traveled easily through the walls, so I heard my neighbors often. The cleaning staff started early, disrupting sleep.

taxi mafia hot weather
the attentiveness of the staff was acceptable.
the resort area is controlled by local taxi mafia, so getting a taxi using grab was difficult. i had to walk 200 meters down the hill in hot weather after a taxi driver asked me to pay him cash without grab. this was repeated for 15 mins until i used another phone to call another grab driver.. this experience can be horrifying to female travelers.
